<p class="well">当設計事務所では、<span style="color: #ff0000;">機械を使った計測で、スウェーデン式サウンディング試験（SWS方式）</span>というやり方を採用しています。<span style="color: #ff0000;">地盤調査専門会社に、私たちのような建築士が依頼し調査</span>を行います。また次の例でご紹介するような擁壁調査も兼ねています。<span style="color: #ff0000;">１日</span>ですみます。</p>

<p class="well"><span style="color: #ff0000;">診断証作成</span>には<span style="color: #ff0000;">２週間</span>ほど必要です。その診断は依頼した私のもとに届きます。<span style="color: #ff0000;">結果の数値をもとに、地盤を診断し、動向と対策をお施主様にご報告</span>します。</p>

<div class="post_col post_col-2">赤い四角で囲んだ部分が機械です。家の周辺をリサーチします。<span style="color: #ff0000;">通常3～5か所</span>くらいを測定します。家が建っている場合は、3か所くらい。更地の場合5か所くらいです。<span style="color: #ff0000;">1か所につき1㎡あれば測定可能</span>です。（赤線で囲まれた測定器が置けるスペース）この時には1庭のフェンスの境界2お隣さんとの境界3がけ下の3か所を測定することにしました。この場所を、私が<span style="color: #ff0000;">測定専門業者に指示し、測定を開始</span>します。</div>

<div class="post_col post_col-2">機械を使った実際の測定の様子簡単に解説すると、<span style="color: #ff0000;">鉄の棒に100㎏の加重</span>をかけます。<span style="color: #ff0000;">この棒の沈み方を観察・測定</span>します。だいたい、<span style="color: #ff0000;">地上に建つ家と同じくらいの深さが（約10M）測定対象の深さ</span>です。</div>

<h4 class="style4a" style="border-color: #000000;">考察</h4>
<p class="well">地盤調査は、おもに地盤の上に建つ建物<span style="color: #ff0000;">が不同沈下（傾かないか）しないかを調べます</span>。 ただ、時によって不同沈下は<span style="color: #ff0000;">土質・硬さだけが問題</span>になるのではなく、<span style="color: #ff0000;">写真のようにブロック、擁壁が土圧（どあつ）によって押され</span>たり、そもそもブロック、擁壁の設計、工事の<span style="color: #ff0000;">やり方に問題</span>があってそれらが複合的に建物に悪影響与えている場合があります。今回の調査の場合は、このケースに当てはまることが私の調査で分かりました。</p>
<h3 class="style3a" style="border-color: #cccccc;">助成金について</h3>
<p class="well">市、県、国の<span style="color: #ff0000;">各種補助制度を上手に利用</span>しましょう。<span style="color: #ff0000;">建物が<span class="bd">昭和56年以前に建てられている</span>場合、<span class="style1">費用の約2/3が市の補助対象</span></span>に認められます。<span class="box02">各市町村で若干の違いがありますが、ご利用をお勧めします。詳しくは各市町村の市役所にお問合せください。</span>また、めんどうな書類申請も弊社がとことんお手伝いいたします。</p>
