<div class="post_col post_col-2">もともとは、日本大学理工学部建築学科・岡田章研究室と品川区、そして品川区内の建築団体によって考案された「シェルター」です。「シェルター」とは直訳で「避難所」の意味です。<br />
「品川シェルター」の存在を知ったわたし（小杉）は、地元佐倉でもこのシェルターを普及させたいと立ち上がりました。「品川シェルター」を考案した日本大学や品川区、また佐倉市とも協議を重ね、<span style="color: #ff0000;">2013年千葉県内で初めて、佐倉市の建築士らにシェルター製造のライセンスが与えられました。</span></div>

<div class="post_col post_col-2">最後に耐圧盤（鉄筋コンクリートの盤）を打つのですが、写真には入っていませんがジャッキアップする前にまず下がっている基礎の下を掘りコンクリート流し込み、また床全体を締め固めてから土台を上げています。この部分の基礎をいわゆるベタ基礎のようにして線でなく面で建物を支えていこうと考えました。</div>
